Objectives:
- To bring together all the members of the consortium - local coordinators, women’s rugby experts;
- To have an administrative and organizational meeting on the financial rules of the project, the procedures for the expenditure account, the final partnership agreements, to develop the procedures for monitoring and evaluation in each country;
- To implement some of the specific activities of “COACHING RUGBY 7 TO GIRLS (R7Girls)” project
